🔄 Bridge Logic

To prevent double counting and maintain supply integrity across chains:

For every token minted on Base, an equal amount is burned or permanently locked on XRPL. • No minting occurs on Base unless the equivalent XRPL supply is provably removed from circulation. • This ensures total active supply across both chains never exceeds 1 billion BELGRAVE tokens.
